Llandrindod Wells hostel
opened 1948 - closed 1966
There were 3 separate periods when Llandrindod Wells had a youth hostel. The first was in the Central building between 1948 and 1950. Hamton House opened in 1951 and closed in 1958, when it became St Christopher's Holiday Centre, but it opened to YHA members again between 1962 and 1966 - during this last period it accomodated both YHA members and non-members under the same roof. In 2007 the building became the headquarters of the Countryside Council for Wales.

Hostel Llandrindod
ar agor 1948 - ar gau 1966
Roedd tri chyfnod gwahanol pan oedd hostel ieuenctid yn Llandrindod. Y cyntaf yn y Central (1948-1950), Hampton House (1951-1958) (pan ddaeth yn St. Christopher's Holiday Centre) ac eto 1962-1966 pan oedd ar agor i aelodau o'r YHA ac i eraill i gyd dan yr un to. Yn 2007 daeth yr adeilad yn gartref i Gyngor Cefngwlad Cymru (CCW).
