Booking Terms and Conditions for Private Rooms

Bookings for Private Rooms in our Hostels

Individuals and Private Rooms - full payment due at time of book
Exclusive Hire of Whole Hostel - 25% due at time of booking (non refundable deposit) and balance payable 56 days before start of stay

Cancellation charges payable for our Hostels

Individuals and Private Rooms. 90% refund if 14 days or more notice given, but no refund if less that 14 days notice received.
Exclusive hire of Whole Hostel. Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled more than 56 days before stay.

If booking cancelled less than 56 days but more than 28 days before stay, 50% of whole rental is forfeited.
If booking cancelled less than 28 days before stay the whole rental amount is forfeited.

"I camped at the hostel hoping to 'get away from it all' for a couple of nights and boy did I ever!! It was an amazing experience - views outstanding!! The directions were clear on how to get there so due to my 'no service' I was able to arrive safely and find my way home!! The hostel had everything I needed - toilets, showers, heating etc. I will definitely be going back!"
